How does the follow-up queue work?
ReFollo organises your clients by urgency: overdue, due today, and coming up this week. Every morning you open it, you see exactly who to contact. You can assign follow-ups to team members, log calls and notes, and track every interaction — all from the same screen.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays for 12 months after cancellation. To access or export it during that time, you'll need to reactivate your subscription. After 12 months it may be permanently deleted. Export before you cancel.
Is my data secure?
Yes. ReFollo runs on secure cloud infrastructure. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't share your client data with anyone. You own it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account. Your access continues until the end of the billing cycle. No cancellation fees, no contracts.
Who owns the data I enter into ReFollo?
